- Own the end-to-end digital experience for a high-traffic university website (6M+ users/year), optimising key conversion journeys such as course applications and contact funnels to increase engagement and reduce friction.
- Shape and execute strategic product roadmaps, aligning business goals, user insights, and market trends. Use Jira and Prodpad to manage backlogs, prioritise initiatives, and track continuous feedback.
- Create compelling product narratives through clear documentation—leveraging proposals, user stories, and OKRs to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around shared outcomes.
- Drive insight-led decisions by analysing product performance and user behaviour using GA4, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop, and Lookback to inform iterations and uncover growth opportunities.
- Build trust and alignment across stakeholders by socialising the roadmap, sharing regular product updates, and facilitating open communication to champion product value.
- Ensure high-quality and accessible user experiences through deep knowledge of WCAG 2.2, usability heuristics, and content design. Support QA and testing to manage bugs and technical debt.
- Lead inclusive, high-performing agile teams comprising engineers, UX designers, content designers, SEOs and researchers. Foster psychological safety through rituals like retrospectives, ensuring all voices contribute to the product vision.
